With a deep commitment to holistic well-being, I offer a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western modalities, including mindset coaching, yoga, meditation, sound, vibration, and energy healing.
As the heart and soul behind The Evolution Hub, I am your guide and support on this path of self-discovery and healing. With a wealth of experience and a passion for holistic wellness, I have dedicated my life to helping individuals achieve balance, health, and empowerment.
My Background
My qualifications include being a certified Mindset Coach, an E-RYT 200,E- RYT 500, and a YACEP-certified yoga instructor. I'm also certified as an Advanced Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational therapies, a Mindfulness and Meditation facilitator, and a breathwork practitioner. My journey with yoga began in 2007, and I've been sharing its transformative power since 2018.
Before dedicating my life to this holistic wellness path, I applied my doctorate in Special Education /Rehabilitation and Organizational Leadership as a public school educator and administrator for 33 years. My experience in education equipped me with compassion, empathy, and the importance of cultivating emotional intelligence, resilience, self-care, and personal growth.

Mindset coaching is at the core of offerings, encompassing a wide range of areas, including development of a growth mindset, managing anxiety, taming the inner critic, transforming negative thought patterns, healing from religious trauma, breaking the cycle of narcissistic manipulation, navigating systemic racism and processing through guilt and shame. True healing comes from nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
